We accept returns up to 14 days from the date you receive the item(s).
- We don't accept returns for the following:
- Any Stone which you've attempted to set, or stone cut to order if we do not have it in our inventory
- Any casting with customized name branding.
Customer is responsible for return postage; refund will be given, less postage paid by us to send the item. If return is due to refusal by customer to pay local duty/taxes, 15% re-stocking fee will be charged. If customs repossess the item customer purchased due to the fact that the customer refused to pay local duty and/or taxes, we will not able to refund payment, as local duty/ taxes are responsibility of the customer. All returns can be made in the USA. Please contact us for return authorization and instructions before returning any merchandise.
If shipment is not received, we will file a claim with Post Office or FedEx, and upon determination that the shipment was not received, we will get reimbursed by the shipping entity, since all shipments are insured, and refund buyer after the fact.
Taxes and Duty
- Customer is responsible for any import duty, taxes, or fees associated with the delivery of the package.
- Please note: If you refuse your package because of the cost of the duty and it is returned to us, it will be treated as a return. You can review our return policies above.
