Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

Please read our shipping policy carefully:

1. Registered mail: 3-8 weeks;

​

2. FedEx: 3-7 work days

​

Cost of shipping may vary by destination, please see during check-out

​

If shipment has not arrived within allotted period of time, we will apply for search and refund through Post Office, and upon confirmation that the shipment was not delivered, we will either refund or re-ship the order, after customer informs of the choice.

​

Taxes and Duties, including, but not limited to import tax, Value Added Tax, etc. and surchages emposed by carrier for clearing shipments thorugh customs:

o   Customer is responsible for any import duty, taxes, or fees associated with the delivery of the package.

o   Please note: If you refuse your package and it is returned to us, it will be treated as a return. You can review our return policies below.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read our refund/return policy carefully:

o   We accept returns up to 14 days from the date when you receive the item(s).

 

We don't accept returns for the following:

o   Any Stone which you've attempted to set, or stone cut to order, if we did not have it in our inventory at the time of order, and you accepted due date, indicating that the order has to be cut, and was not in our stock.

o   Any casting/jewelry item with customized name branding.

o   Any piece of rough you cut or attempted to cut, or accidentally damaged

Customer is responsible for return postage; refund will be given, less postage paid by us to send the item. If return is due to refusal by customer to pay local duty/taxes, 25% re-stocking fee will be charged, plus all charges incurred due to customer’s refusal to pay customs duties, due to our expenses for export and re-import duties and customs clearance; if our expenses exceed value of merchandise, we reserve the right to abandon merchandise and not to issue any refund for the item(s).

 

If customs repossess the item(s) customer purchased, we will not be able to refund payment, as local duty/ taxes are responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for return authorization and instructions before returning any merchandise.

 

If shipment is not received, we will file a claim with Thai Royal Post Office,  FedEx, or any other intermediate shipper, if it was agreed to use a different shipping method, and upon determination that the shipment was not received, we will get reimbursed by the shipping entity, since all shipments are insured, and refund buyer after the fact.

 

PLEASE NOTE: color/shade of a stone or rough crystal may look different on every computer screen, hence, slight variation in color/shade/hue, is not a reason for a return, please understand, that it is not possible to exactly depict all visual attributes of a stone or rough crystal through the internet.

 

Re-stocking fee is 25%.
